Campout Rules
This is a family event. Children and pets are welcome! Parents must watch their pets and children. Camping brings with it knives, axes, fires and other dangers that kids may not be used to.
PETS~ I do not want to tell people they cannot bring their pets but I have seen what happens when good pets meet each other in strange places and the results are not always good. Pets will need to be leashed or restrained at all times. Those who bring pets will be expected to be responsible for anything their pet does and to clean up after their pets. Anyone who is not able to comply with these rules, will be asked to leave.
MERCHANTS~ Some of you may want to bring some craft items to sell. At this time if you are planning to set up some sort of booth to sell your wares you must contact us no later than 2 weeks before the campout to make arrangements. There may be an additional fee to set up merchant booths. Anyone who has not made prior arrangements to set up a booth will not be permitted to do so.
SPONSORSHIPS~ may become available before the campout. Sponsorships will be granted on a first come first serve basis. To receive a sponsorship, if available, please send a request via e-mail to Dark Witch
If you would like to become a sponsor of the campout please make a donation!
If you would like to assist in planning or take up a role in the ceremony please contact us.
